Dreamlash Academy, headquartered in Calgary, AB, is currently recruiting for the position of Online Business Manager, reporting to the President.
President of Dreamlash Academy, Angela May, started her business from a tiny rented room. As she dedicated her time to growing her lash business, she quickly appreciated the incredible financial and lifestyle rewards of her business,which led her to to develop a training program to inspire women to achieve success with lash artistry.
Today, with over 1000 Lash Artists trained, and over 300 products, Dreamlash Academy is more than just a lash school. We certify women in an enjoyable and profitable beauty service so they can build a business making other women look and feel beautiful.

The Online Business Manager will be a vital part of making our business run smoothly so online management experience is a MUST.
This is mainly a home-based, work-from-home position, but you may be asked to personally assist with training events which may require travel.

This position is set to be filled immediately upon finding the right candidate. So please apply right away if you fit the qualifications.
You will start out incrementally, beginning with tasks that will take approximately 15-20 hours per week. It will grow into a Senior position where you will manage a team of Managers and Admin Staff. You must be willing to grow with the company as the role expands. You must be available to respond to emails within 30-60 minutes during typical business hours. A home office, internet, and a laptop is required.
Salary for this position ranges depending on your qualifications and experience, Successful applicants are required to authorize a background check, criminal record check, and reference check.
