A Junior Dreamlash Educator supports the Senior Educator to deliver 8-16 courses annually. Our educational team teaches courses across Canada and some U.S. States, so a love for teaching and travel is a must.
A day in the life of a Dreamlash Junior Educator includes committing to a set number of courses at least 3 months in advance. The typical schedule for a Junior Educator during a 3-Day training course includes Friday, Saturday, Sunday, and/or Monday from 8:00 am to 5:00 pm.
Dreamlash Junior Educator Responsibilities:
-Manage the sign-in and registration table
-Warmly welcoming students to class
-Distributing student name tags
-Distributing student kits and materials
-Teaching 30% of the theory required to execute a successful training
-Assisting students with eyelash extensions practicum
-Assisting the tear-down of the event setup
-Previous Eyelash Extensions Training
-Photos of Lash Work
-Engaged and Self-Motivating
-Flexible, reliable, and eager
-A passion to support women
*A background in teaching would be considered an asset, but not required.
